OllieTrail
THE OLLIETRAIL APPROACH

A tutor who gets to know
the child behind the answers.

OllieTrail grew from a simple need: a child deserves learning that makes sense for their life. Their strengths, their language, their school, their family—not just a grade on a screen.

ONE CONNECTED LEARNING STORY

You share the context.
Ollie connects the dots.

Parent conversations The child’s work Their next lesson

A relationship that
grows with them.

Your first conversation helps Ollie understand where to begin. Later conversations add what you’re noticing at home, what’s happening in school, and what you’d like your child to work on.

Ollie also learns from their sessions: the answers they give, the hints they need, and the work they show. That history helps shape practice and gives your conversations about progress something concrete to draw on.

Mom and dad can each sign in to the same household. Each child keeps their own profile, goals, and learning history.

BUILT AROUND A CHILD, NOT AN AVERAGE

Their world belongs
in their lessons.

The place you call home. The languages you want your child to learn and learn in. What school is covering, and what matters most to your family. Ollie brings that context together with your child’s progress to make learning feel relevant.

YOUR GOALS. THEIR LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.

Learn a language. Learn through it.

Home language, school language and your ambitions for your child are separate parts of the picture. You can ask Ollie to teach science in English, keep math in Spanish, or help your child gradually become comfortable learning in a new language.

Bilingual support

Brief explanations in a familiar language help your child understand, then return to practice in the teaching language.

A gradual transition

Try simpler wording, pictures and examples in the teaching language before reaching for translation.

Greater immersion

Keep the conversation in the chosen teaching language, with support when confusion persists. Change the approach by talking with Ollie.

A child can understand the science before they can explain it fluently in a new language. Ollie’s coaching considers subject understanding and language expression separately. English and Spanish are supported today; additional languages are planned.

CONFIDENCE COMES FROM UNDERSTANDING

“I’m not sure” is a place to start.

A voice to talk things through

A child can ask Ollie to explain, offer an idea, or say they don’t understand. Voice and text keep the conversation accessible in different moments.

Space to show their thinking

A wrong answer doesn’t tell the whole story. Scratchpad work, spoken explanations, and follow-up practice help Ollie look at how they got there.

Support that fits their language

Choose English or Spanish language learning in either direction. You can also choose the teaching language for each subject, with bilingual help, a gradual transition, or greater immersion.

YOU KNOW YOUR CHILD. OLLIE WANTS TO, TOO.

It starts with
a conversation.

Tell Ollie what makes your child tick. You stay involved as their world of learning grows.

Is OllieTrail right for our family?

Who is OllieTrail for?

Families with children in grades 1–6 who want guided conversation, practice across subjects and a tutor they can help shape. A parent starts by sharing goals and context; the child learns through speaking, typing, drawing and activities.

Can my child learn a language through other subjects?

Yes. English and Spanish are currently supported. You can ask Ollie to teach a subject in a language your child is learning, while setting a different language for explanations or support. Each parent can use their own preferred interface language.

How is this different from choosing a language-practice app?

Consider what you want help with: a focused language-practice routine, or a tutor that connects language goals with subjects such as mathematics, science and history. OllieTrail combines those subjects with parent conversations, a scratchpad and a separate learning history for each child. The right choice depends on your child’s goals and how much guided tutoring they will use.

Does OllieTrail replace school or a teacher?

OllieTrail provides supplemental AI tutoring. Share what school is covering and what your family wants to emphasize so Ollie has useful context. This is not a promise of accredited or verified alignment with every local curriculum. AI can make mistakes; parents should stay involved and question answers that do not make sense.

What do we need to get started?

A parent account, an active subscription and a modern web browser. Voice conversations need microphone permission and an audio output; text conversations are available too. Choose a quiet place where your child can comfortably talk and work.
